Part of our premium single vineyard range the fruit used to make this wine is sourced from a single vineyard in the northeast corner of the Blewitt Springs area of McLaren Vale owned by the Brini family. But why not We do tend to have a glass ceiling for certain grapes especially white and chenin is as noble a grape as any. Tasting Notes
Golden apple white pear green melon and fennel seed with subtle oak notes from its Stockinger puncheon. It has a chiselled mineral texture and is electrified by bright natural acidity. Reserved in its youth it promises excellent complexity and length with more time in the bottle.

The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
