Seamless Collection by Our Partner: Once we receive your order, we contact the producer and arrange for your selection to be picked up directly from the producer. Your order will travel by airfreight from Australia to New Zealand using the DHL services. Each bottle is then meticulously packaged in robust, insulated shipping materials designed for maximum protection during transit.
Efficient Export & Air Freight: We will take care of all export documents, and your order will be sent on the next available flight to New Zealand. Flights leave Australia everyday!
Effortless Customs & Delivery: Once cleared by customs, your order will be passed on to the courier for delivery to your doorstep. For your convenience, we take the hassle out of exporting Australian products to New Zealand by arranging payment of duties and taxes for you.

For orders of 6 bottles or more per Producer: Freight, duties, insurance, and taxes are all included in the price you see - no extras at checkout.
For orders of 12 bottles or more per Producer: Your order qualifies for bundled pricing benefits, offering additional value for larger shipments.
This covers all freight, insurance, duties, and taxes.

Delivery Timeline & Tracking Your Journey

Anticipated Delivery: Depending on the location of the Producer to the international airport, you can expect delivery to be made within 10-14 days of placing your order. Sometimes it’s quicker!
Tracking Your Journey: We believe in keeping you informed. You will receive direct tracking email notifications from DHL, our International Delivery Partner. For a unified view of your order history, simply log into your personal Australia Tasting Room Customer Hub.

Important Considerations for New Zealand Orders

If you’ve ordered masterpieces from multiple Producers, please note that each Producer’s package will ship and arrive at your door separately.
Customs Documentation for New Zealand:
For shipments valued over $1000 NZD, New Zealand customs require a Client Code.
Here’s how it works:
Apply for a Client Code by filling out this form and emailing clientcodes@customs.govt.nz .

Customs will reply with your unique code once the application has been processed. There is no charge for applying for a Client Code.
When your order arrives in New Zealand, DHL will contact you requesting your Client Code. Simply forward your code to DHL to release your order for final delivery.
This process is only required for shipments above $1000 NZD. If you need support at any step, our team is happy to assist.
All wines shipped to New Zealand through Australia Tasting Room are supplied for your personal enjoyment only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Order Quantities & Export Limits

We can send up to 132 bottles from each producer. If you have room in your cellar to fill with more bottles, or you’re hosting an exquisite party, please contact us and we will help you arrange a special delivery.
Minimum Order per Producer: A minimum of 6 bottles is required from each producer you purchase from. We also require bottles to be purchased in increments of 6 for efficient packing and shipping.
