A minimum of any 6 bottles is required for each winery you purchase from.
Citrus oil, floral notes, dried pear and grapefruit aromas are well supported bysubtle French Oak. The palate is textured yet fine, finishing dry and savory; adirect result of wild ferments with turbid juices. The 2025 vintage is a return to themore classic Margaret River vintages of warm days and cool nights. This is a finerwine than the 2024 vintage and shows the classic underlying power of the regiontogether with great natural acidity. The 2025 Flametree Chardonnay drinks wellnow but can be cellared in the short to medium term.

Tasting Notes

Winemakers Notes
A mixture of clean and turbid juice was 100 wild fermented in French Oakpuncheons 50 and barriques 50 using only free run juice. Fermenttemperatures ranged between 18-25 degrees to promote and retain primary fruitflavours. 20 of the wine was fermented in new oak with the remainderfermented in second third and fourth use French Oak. There was no MLF or leesstirring. The Chardonnay spent 10 months in barrel before blending fining andbottling.

The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
