A minimum of any 6 bottles is required for each winery you purchase from. We also require bottles to be purchased in increments of 6 as wines are packed and shipped in 6-bottle cases
"sparkling wine from ancient times"| S T O R Y | centuries ago, the world was a sad place with a severe lack of bubbles. things rapidly changed thanks to a chance discovery by a monk in southern france. as the springtime temperatures rose, yeast inside the bottles sprung back to life feasting on residual sugar left after the first (primary) fermentation. with the bottles already sealed, the CO2 (carbon dioxide) formed bubbles in the wine and gave birth to the world's first ever bottle of sparkling wine. we'll happily preach the gospel of fizz.| S T Y L E | chenin blanc little wychwood and muscat rouge à petit grains were hand-harvested, cold settled, and fermented in stainless steel at a low temp. nearing the end of ferment the wine was racked clean and bottled the following day. with 1 baume of RS left in the bottle, the yeast continue the fermentation under crown seal resulting in slight sedimentation and tartrate formation. | W I N E | a fruit-forward and insanely fun wine with a touch of seriousness. think peach tart, heirloom roses, watermelow, pomegranate pearls, and a hint of campari. freshly baked scones loaded with fresh berry jam and cream.| E N J O Y | while basking in the sunshine with your besties as cold as you can get. or keep things natural and take it for a summer skinny dip. ______________________________________________________________________| V A R I E T Y | 55% Chenin Blanc 45% Muscat| A L C + V O L | 12.6% + 750ml| C E L L A R | drink young

The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
