All Saints Estate is one of Australia’s original wineries, established in 1864 and situated in the Rutherglen Wine Region in Victoria. Rated a red five star winery by Halliday Wine Companion for over a decade, All Saints produces regionally distinctive table wines with a modern attitude. Varieties such as Marsanne, Durif and world-renowned fortifieds are all hand crafted in the original castle winery using open the original castle concrete vat fermenters and an 1880’s French basket press. Vineyard management is paramount, seeking low yields and producing balanced soils and optimum vine health are the focus to produce pure fruit characters. The wines are made in small parcels and express the family’s drive for structure, complexity and balance. The fortifed wines are revered throught-out the world, nowhere in the wine world is there a more unique, complex and rarified wine. These icons of the Australian wine industry began life over one hundred years ago as generations set aside stock to mature and intensify in the unique maturation facilities of the warm Rutherglen region.
