A minimum of any 6 bottles is required for each winery you purchase from. We also require bottles to be purchased in increments of 6 as wines are packed and shipped in 6-bottle cases
The fruit was handpicked and gently whole-bunch pressed directly into old French oak barriques where fermentation commenced spontaneously with ambient yeasts. Following fermentation the wine was aged on lees for 6 months and the wine was racked only once directly prior to bottling. The wine was bottled without fining and with minimal filtration.

Classic aromatics of fresh pear pink lady apple and subtle citrus with secondary notes of freshly picked spice and white florals providing complexity. The palate is bright and fresh with flavours of pear apple and a hint of grapefruit. Creamy midpalate sweetness from barrel fermentation and time on lees provides an additional layer while a subtle line of phenolics adds to the texture. The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
