Pure Vision Wines is a third-generation family winery operated by the Carypidis Family proudly making wines using sustainable grape growing practices and organically grown grapes from their vineyards in the Adelaide Plains wine region of South Australia their home. Pure Vision Zero our non-alcoholic series has had the alcohol gently removed using a controlled vacuum and temperature controlled process which separates the aroma fraction from the wine and then removes the alcohol. This ensures all the delicate fruit flavours from our premium organic wines are retained.

A real advancement in this space with good tannins great flavour and surprising complexity for a non-ale red. Tasting Notes
The Shiraz grapes used for this non-alcoholic wine were grown on our certified organic vineyard with 33 year old vines. The healthy soil has been maintained without the use of synthetic chemicals fertilisers or pesticides a process which releases the natural fruity flavours in the grapes resulting in a flavoursome non-alcoholic wine. This is a contemporary vibrant Shiraz with plum and berry flavours and a hint of oak. Weve started with a premium organic Shiraz wine to produce the best non-alcoholic alternative as close as possible to the original wine.
Winemakers Notes
We do not add artificial flavours colours or sugars to the Zero range.
Food Pairings
Grilled salmon and tuna meals pasta with tomato based sauces pizza and delicate cheeses such as Feta Mozzarella and Ricotta.

The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
