We ship directly from Australian Producers to the USA (excluding Utah, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Arkansas), Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
All costs including shipping are included in the price displayed per bottle

The commercial invoice is used for customs clearance purposes and only shows the value of the wine itself in Australian Dollars
USA - 4-6 weeks. Everywhere else - 7-14 Days

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes. We require a residential or business street address.
Absolutely. We use eco-thermal protective packaging to ensure your bottles arrive in pristine condition and, insurance is included in the purchase amount when you check out.
If it ever happens, let us know and we will arrange with the producer a replacement at no additional charge to you.
It is exceptionally rare to receive a report of a broken bottle. If you do experience a breakage simply contact us and provide photographs. We will investigate and usually arrange a refund or replacement for in accordance with our refund & returns policy.
All Duties & Taxes are included in the price you pay Australia Tasting Room, so there are no surprises when your products arrive at your destination. We ensure payment of the relevant Duties & Taxes is organised via our shipping partners
