Seamless Collection by Our Partner: Once we receive your order, we contact the producer and arrange for your selection to be picked up directly from the producer. Your order will travel by airfreight from Australia to Ireland using the DHL services. Each bottle is then meticulously packaged in robust, insulated shipping materials designed for maximum protection during transit.
Efficient Export & Air Freight: Your carefully prepared order then travels via efficient air freight directly to Ireland. Flights leave Australia everyday!
Effortless Customs & Delivery: DHL manages all necessary import processes. For your convenience, we take the hassle out of exporting Australian products to Ireland by arranging payment of duties and taxes for you. Your order is swiftly delivered by local courier directly to your specified address.

For orders of 6 bottles or more per Producer: Freight, duties, insurance, and taxes are all included in the price you see - no extras at checkout.
For orders of 12 bottles or more per Producer: Your order qualifies for bundled pricing benefits, offering additional value for larger shipments.
This covers all freight, insurance, duties, and taxes.

Delivery Timeline & Tracking Your Journey

Anticipated Delivery: Depending on the location of the Producer to the international airport, you can expect delivery to be made within 10-14 days of placing your order. Sometimes it’s quicker!
Tracking Your Journey: We believe in keeping you informed. You will receive direct tracking email notifications from DHL, our International Delivery Partner. For a unified view of your order history, simply log into your personal Australia Tasting Room Customer Hub.

Important Considerations for Ireland Orders

If you’ve ordered masterpieces from multiple Producers, please note that each Producer’s package will ship and arrive at your door separately.
Customs Documentation for Ireland:

For certain shipments into Ireland, Customs may request additional documentation before clearance.

For orders with a value over €1,000, or where the alcohol volume is close to 100 litres, Irish Customs may request a Direct Representation Form. This allows DHL Express Ireland to complete customs clearance on your behalf.

The shipment can still be cleared as a personal use order, addressed to a private individual.

In most personal shipments, Customs may request your PPS Number (Personal Public Service Number) to complete clearance.

Private individuals do not usually require an EORI. However, in some cases Customs may request one. If required, DHL Express Ireland will guide you through the process, and an EORI can typically be issued within 24 hours.

Please note that GB EORI numbers are no longer accepted for imports into Ireland.

Larger alcohol shipments may be selected for Customs examination. If this occurs, Customs may request your PPS number to finalise clearance.

If you are contacted by DHL, simply follow their instructions and provide the requested information to ensure smooth delivery.
All wines shipped to Ireland through Australia Tasting Room are supplied for your personal enjoyment only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Order Quantities & Export Limits

We can send up to 132 bottles from each producer. If you have room in your cellar to fill with more bottles, or you’re hosting an exquisite party, please contact us and we will help you arrange a special delivery.
Minimum Order per Producer: A minimum of 6 bottles is required from each producer you purchase from. We also require bottles to be purchased in increments of 6 for efficient packing and shipping.
