Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. If you lose your gift card email, we can reissue the code. Please contact support@australiatastingroom.com with your order details and we’ll resend it.

Our prices are shown in your local currency and are updated automatically using live exchange rates. Because currency values move daily, prices may change slightly from day to day.
Some wineries remove Australian taxes such as GST and Wine Equalisation Tax on export orders, while others choose not to. This is set by each winery individually. All prices shown already reflect any tax removals or export pricing the winery has chosen to apply. You can use the filter 'Export Savings Applied' to find the products with Australian taxes removed.

At Australia Tasting Room, we want you to enjoy your purchases with confidence. If your products arrive damaged, spoilt, or are lost in transit, we will refund or replace them at our discretion.

Shipping & Delviery

We ship directly from Australian Producers to the USA (excluding Utah, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Arkansas), Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
All costs including shipping are included in the price displayed per bottle

The commercial invoice is used for customs clearance purposes and only shows the value of the wine itself in Australian Dollars

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes. We require a residential or business street address.
Absolutely. We use eco-thermal protective packaging to ensure your bottles arrive in pristine condition and, insurance is included in the purchase amount when you check out.
If it ever happens, let us know and we will arrange with the producer a replacement at no additional charge to you.
It is exceptionally rare to receive a report of a broken bottle. If you do experience a breakage simply contact us and provide photographs. We will investigate and usually arrange a refund or replacement for in accordance with our refund & returns policy.

Yes. We use recyclable and reusable packaging, and continuously refine our approach to minimise environmental impact.
We partner with many producers who prioritise sustainable, land-respecting practices. Many wines are vegan-friendly, organic, or biodynamic certified.
