A minimum of any 6 bottles is required for each winery you purchase from. We also require bottles to be purchased in increments of 6 as wines are packed and shipped in 6-bottle cases
The 2025 Grenache-Cinsault Rose is made from estate-grown Grenache 80 and Cinsault 20 planted on Christies Beach Formation soils with free-draining sand clay and gravel layers. The vineyard benefits from coastal influence which preserves natural acidity encourages aromatic lift and allows for even ripening. Carefully managed yields deliver concentrated textural fruit.Handpicked fruit was lightly pressed straight off skins and co-fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain freshness and delicate aromatics. Full malolactic conversion followed and the wine matured on lees in tank for four months to integrate flavours and build gentle mid-palate texture without overpowering the varietal character. The result is a pale vibrant Rose with bright fruit subtle spice and coastal freshness.

Tasting Notes

The wine was delivered by GSO Courier early this am and was in perfect shipping condition. The bottle temperature was cool to the touch which is amazing given we have been hitting 37C every day for the last week here in our California summer.

I have put the wine into our temperature controlled bottle storage to let them rest for a week (mostly for the 3 bottles of red). I did put one of the Rosés in the frig which we will try tomorrow because we are out to dinner tonight with friends.
Your Rose of Virginia is my favorite rosé, above French and Californians that we have consumed with Tablas Creek “Dianthus” from near Paso Robles being a second.
Now that we have experienced a shipment from you, I am sure we will order a couple of cases more but will wait until weather is cooler for us and the wine.
