What happens to my wine if it's returned?

USA: If delivery or collection can't be completed, your wine will be returned to our US dispatch warehouse. Reshipping charges will apply to have it sent again.

Rest of world: How long undelivered wine is held, and whether it is returned or disposed of, depends on our courier partner's policy in your country. If our team contacts you about an undelivered order, they'll confirm how long you have to arrange redelivery before the wine is returned or destroyed. Reshipping charges may apply, and no refund is issued for wine that is disposed of because it couldn't be delivered or collected.
