Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link. We strongly recommend monitoring it and using it to manage your delivery as early as possible, including rescheduling, redirecting or arranging to collect your wine.
Yes. The price you pay covers one delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your wine can’t be delivered or collected, it will be returned or dealt with under our courier partner's local policy. Reshipping charges may apply to send it again.
