Fer

Explore Our Selection of Fer Wines
Ancient and characterful, Fer (also known as Fer Servadou or Braucol) is a rare south-west French variety that has found its footing in select Australian vineyards. It produces medium to full-bodied reds with a vivid ruby hue, vibrant acidity, and a distinctly wild personality: red cherry, blackcurrant, violet, and a signature crack of black pepper and earthy minerality.
Food Pairing
Serve with slow-roasted pork belly, lamb cutlets with herbs, or a classic cassoulet. Its natural freshness and spice make it a versatile food wine, equally at home alongside a charcuterie board, aged comté, or a hearty lentil stew.
